Suggested name: Connect 4

Spigot/Skript Version: 1.15.1

What I want:
Detect is button is pressed then
Detect if a block is air
If the block is air, place concrete powder at a certain location and place/destroy buttons
If the block isn't air, don't do anything

Ideas for commands: /connect on/off

Ideas for permissions: minigame.connect

When I'd like it by: 3 weeks
btw if you wanna know why its named like this, its to fix a connect 4 minigame
