Suggested name: Level

What I want:
I would like a level system that will display Level above head, let's say person kill animal and he will get XP, if he reach Lv. 50 he will get lets say rank vip for one week, this would be for a network

Ideas for commands:
I don't have any
Ideas for permissions:
Global.
When I'd like it by: A reasonable time

EDIT: I can make it also with prestiges and scoreboard!
