Is there any way to change armor bar

    Like food bar it can be change or hearts/health bar what about armor bar

    So far as i know no. but what you can do is acctualy equip the player with different parts of armor.

    so for example: if you want to have a bar with 8 of those chestplates then equip them with a diamond chest, diamond leggings and a iron helmet

    The items have attributes, you can edit them (You'll have to use skStuff for that) and make only one piece of armor protect as a diamond armor. You'll have to search about the NBT stuff if you don't know too.
