Im new to this so i dont know much, and this seems simple but it doesn't work.

Code:
on shoot:
   if name of bow is "Sea Lance":
       summon pig

It doesn't register the name and when i name the bow that it doesn't summon a pig and skript says everything is fine.
 
Yeh, an on shoot event doesn't have a bow expression. You can just use shooter's tool instead of bow in the code though. So.

Code:
on shoot:
   if name of shooter's tool is "Sea Lance":
       summon pig

or if you want a specific item like a tool or block

  1. Code:
    on shoot:
       if player is holding a bow named "Sea Lance":
           summon pig
