    Okay, so to my understanding, you're trying to simulate the "/helpop" command, correct?

    But first... Why do you have so many text-args? Are you trying to limit the amount of words of a message?

    Can you do this but to a variable of {helper.%loop-player%}?
    --- Double Post Merged, Jul 27, 2017, Original Post Date: Jul 27, 2017 ---
    Because if i just do /msg [<text>] is going to do this example

    /msg player hi I am cool
    The player is just going to see
    Sender hi

    Nnoo.. it won't? Using a single text argument should include any text separated by space

    Code (Skript):
    1. command /msgTest [<player>] [<text>]:
    2.     trigger:
    3.         message "%arg 2%" to arg 1
    Try this if you want

    Technically Orendigo provided the correct answer, but I made this for ya.
    Code (Skript):
    1. command /addstaff <player>:
    2.     permission: op
    3.     trigger:
    4.         add player-arg to {helpop::*}
    5. command /helpop <text>:
    6.     trigger:
    7.         send arg 1 to {helpop::*}
    8.         send "You sent '%arg 1%' to the staff team."
    9. command /removestaff <player>:
    10.     permission: op
    11.     trigger:
    12.         remove player-arg from {helpop::*}
