I take less damage than other players please help!

I dont know if it s something in skript or what but i can 5 shot people on my server and they can like 16 shot me, i take like no damage, im owner (obviously) could this be a skript thing, is a plugin doing this, is it a permission i have? please help, i want to be able to play fairly with my player, Thank You!
