On Tool Change:
    play sound "random.click" to player at volume 10 and pitch 10

    play "RANDOM.CLICK" at player with volume 10 and pitch 10

You probably want to add 'for player' after that, because else the sound can also be heard for players next to the player you intended to play the sound to
