How can i spawn and autoriding a horse? With name "Best" and to have some effects (speed, rezistance) and some particles

Ex: I Type /vipfeature it s open a gui with 2 item , fly and ride a horse, i select "ride a horse" and IT spawn ed a horse and I autoriding it, in slot 9 of inventory is spawned a chest named "Ride horse options" I click on it and IT s open a gui with 2 items "effects and particles" when i open the effect gui it s open 2 items "speed 3 to horse or rezistance 3 to horse" at particles item it s open a other gui with some particles to put on horse.

I trying to do this but i don t know :C

Help me!
