Hi! I want to make a /guns command what open a chest with 4 guns, shotgun ak47 m4a1 and rpg

I want to make the hoe´s shoot. but I dont know how to make these item shoot snownall at location where player want to shoot. And I tryed to make snowball and fireball damage but I cant. Can anyone help me?
 
Here is the simple version of what you are looking for.
Obviously you will need to edit this to fit your style
code_language.skript: 
on right click holding a hoe:
    make player shoot a snowball
