How to have console execute a tellraw command

Hello! I need help with making the console execute /tellraw, which is a problem for me because the execute console command code uses quotations and so does tellraw, so how do I make this work?

Current code:

execute console command "tellraw %player% {""text"":""KryptialGaming was the first to reach the end"",""color"":""red""}"

just use Skript's send effect
