Is it possible to make a player's whole message (including prefix and name ofc) hoverable without changing the chat format? I just started using skript so help with the code if possible please :I

When you hover over a player's name/whole message, you get a tooltip/hover that says "Balance: %player's balance%" or something. It doesn't look possible with skript but I'm just gonna try if it does.
