if "%{listvar::*}%" contains "EXACT TEXT HERE":
That is wrong^ You do not add % when it's outside of a string or variable.

This is what you need:

If {list::*} contains "Whatever you want":
OR
if {list::*} does not contain "Whatever you want":

contains has been known to not working using that way in certain situations using "%{list::*}%" works every time
