Suggested name: Perworld Queue

Spigot/Skript Version: SK ver: 2.1.2 Spingto ver: 1.8.8

What I want:
I want a Perworld Queue system that the max player per world is 350, and you do "/queue join {world}"
to join the queue. and i want so you can do "/queue leave" to. And so you can setup it ingame. and i want Ranks to have priority, and also the world name is world. I also want it to send evry 3 min what postion you have in the Queue.
Ideas for commands:
"/queue join {world}"
"/queue leave"
"/queue setqueue {world}" Sets the Queue location when you are done with the queue
Ideas for permissions:
queue.setqueue
When I'd like it by: 2020-05-13 (my Brithday)
