Gradient color with Skript [Color Utils]

I'm searching for a way to do a gradiant color text with Skript, for example for my special items, i found a skript addon named "Color Utils" but i can't find the download links or the origin, someone knows a way to make gradiant text or have the download link of "Color Utils"?

there is any download link for MiniMessage? i have SkBee installed and tested with the skripts that are in the examples and it doesn't works

should work like:

set {_m} to mini message from "<gradient:##F30A0A:##0A2AF3>PRETTY MESSAGE FROM RED TO BLUE"
send component {_m} to all players
