Solved Fake lightning effect?

    The syntax

    (create|strike) (fake|ultra|no sound) fake lightning at %location%

    doesn't seem to work and return a "not a real effect" error.

    Is there a workaround, a particle I can use or anything that I can do to make damage-and-burn-less lightning?

    if youre using benksu's fork, the syntax is:
    Code (Skript):
    1. (create|strike) lightning[[ ]effect] %directions% %locations%

    You mean:
    strike lightning effect at %players% ??

    Thats exactly what @Donut said and thats probably not what he meant.

    My server is on spigot 1.8.8 and for me the effect is working perfectly.
    Did you already try using this version?:
    https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/skrayfall.10012/updates

    Using the fake lightning effect you could do something like:
    Code (Skript):
    1. command /fakelightning:
    2.     trigger:
    3.         if target block is set:
    4.             strike fake fake lightning at target block of player
    5.             set block above target block to fire
    6.             play raw sound "ambient.weather.thunder" at target block with pitch 1 volume 100
    7.             loop all living entities in radius 2 around target block:
    8.                 damage loop-entity by 2
    9.
