Try using a version of Skript that was made WITHIN the last 4 years.
You are using Njols 2.2-Snapshop, which came out 4 years ago.
There's been well over 100 releases since then. I highly recommend using Bensku's fork 2.2dev36
As for the error, you would need to provide some sort of code you are using.
The error looks almost like its caused by an add-on
