No, there's no way to easily do it, otherwise Skript won't be able to parse it. And even if you found a way, I wouldn't flatter yourself and think people are going to be out to steal your scripts. That's not a personal insult to you, but the Skript community is nothing in the grand scheme of the programming world. If you don't want people to use your script, then don't post it anywhere, otherwise you know that the code is public and someone can use it if they so decide and you can't really do a ton about it. Best you can do is put a license on it, but even then they can just dump it on their server and never tell you.
