Suggested name: Server Fog

Spigot/Skript Version: 1.21

What I want:
I want to add fog, as far as I heard this can be done through the bossbar by placing a flag on the fog. I would also like to add commands to set the bossbar fullness scale

Ideas for commands: /fogbossbar toggle %player% (occupancy percentage Bossbar )

Ideas for permissions:

When I'd like it by: 7 days
