Permissions, MC 1.12.1 update, and other fixes.

I Highly recommend updating to this version

Updated to mc1.12.1

-> Removed bensku-fork dependency (#5)
-> Added permissions (I don't know how I manged to miss this)
-> Other small fixes

The only current permission is manager.use
