It is an easy way for the argument 1 (player) selected to execute the command in argument 2 (text) without the argument 1 (player) knowing what "" is "" passing at that moment, it is like a / sudo Only you can do it to all players, regardless of whether it is op, if it is administrator or something similar

This script is under 25 lines and is literally easy to recreate. Maybe add more features? (# and the massive amount of spaces you put DON'T count as lines)
