    Hi, I am trying to make an anti-cheat.
    I need an event with a condition.
    On flight mode change event

    Not exactly. On flight toggle isn't called when fx a player writes /fly

    Do you mean like checking if a player has the flight attribute enabled?

    I'm not sure about a event but NBT stuff could be something to look into for Flight attributes.

    There is no event for that, because Spigot doesnt have an event for it.
    You could use the on command event to see when someone runs the fly command from EssentialsX or whatever you are using, OR you could just write your own fly command so you have control over it
