Solved Command not working

My command does not work and using it it tells me it's an unknown command.

Command:

command /recipebook [<text>] [<text>] [<text>] [<number = 1>]:
    cooldown: 4 ticks
    cooldown message: &cPlease wait a bit before doing this
    trigger:

edit: forgot to mention it doesn't give any errors

before making a thread please make sure that all of your addons are up to date, in this case it's most likely that you are on a newer version and has tuske which is very outdated.
A good alternative is skript-gui, however, most people prefer vanilla-guis (from skript), up to you .
