Solved Clear players tool only removes item when looking at block

Title says it,

Whenever i do this and rightclick with a stew:

on rightclick with mushroom_stew:
clear player's tool
set player's health to player's health + 2
(Idk how to do code boxes XD)

It only removes the stew if I highlight a block.
Skript ver: 2.2 dev37c
Server ver: Paper 1.8.8
