    How do I make it so when a player right clicks a stone it sends a player a message saying if you want to use this stone type Yes in chat! and if player writes in chat "Yes" it removes the stone from the inventory but if he says no it stops

    Do you mean when he places a stone or when he clicks it in his inventory? please be more specific

    1. on rightclick on stone:
    2.     send "if you want to use this stone type Yes in chat! "
    3.     set {block.%player%} to location of event-block
    4.    
    5. on chat:
    6.     if {block.%player%} is set:
    7.         cancel event
    8.         if message contains "yes":
    9.             set block at {block.%player%} to air
    10.             delete {block.%player%}
