BunchSk[1.9+] - Return of the best(no) addon

I'm currently returning back to BunchSk development.
All the previously announced features would be released as they'll be full tested and ready to release.

Requirements:
-Based on Bensku's Skript 2.2-dev32
-Spigot 1.9+

Features:
-All features could be found in .../plugins/BunchSk/docs.txt
-Going to update SkUnity docs soon
