    Code (Skript):
    1. command /coal:
    2.     trigger:
    3.         message "&atest started"
    4.         set {test.%block%} to true
    5.         give a coal ore to player
    6.        
    7. command /coaloff:
    8.     trigger:
    9.         message "&ctest ended"
    10.         set {test.%block%} to false
    11.        
    12. on place of coal ore:
    13.     if {test.%player%.%block%} is true:
    14.         set {build.%block%} to true
    15.         message "&acoal set"
    16.        
    17. on break of coal ore:
    18.     if {build.%block%} is true:
    19.         message "&cTest"
