    Spigot/Skript Version:

    What I want:
    So when u place a block it will have a radius if some else place a block in that radius you have a option to remove like "on break" and a gui will pop up if u would like to remove it.

    Ideas for commands:
    None

    Ideas for permissions:
    None

    When I'd like it by:
    Take ur time
