How do I go about doing this....

For almost 3 months, i have been trying to get something like this...
I have tried almost everything but it has never worked out. This is including trying to use packets, and skript addons. I made a request to make an addon for https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/better-block-breaking.2665/ but the only reply I got was "This plugin is too old for anyone to even make an addon for"

If anyone have another plugin that does something similar, and can manipulate the mining speed, that would be amazing. If not, the code to do something similar would also be appreciated.
 
Do you get any errors from MorkazSk on startup in console?

Can you send more? (In text form would be even better)
 
Can you send your latest.log file? (remove stuff you don't want to show, e.g. IP addresses)

It's too much of a hassle to remove stuff from there because I have lots of things to delete. I think it's either compatibility issues with the version of the server, or protocolib.

I will do it if that is not the case. Please send me the version of spigot, skript, and protocolib you are running, That might resolve the issue.
