Badlion user gets crate key when joining server for first time

What I want:
I want a skript that awards a player a tripwire hook with the name "&aBadlion Crate Key" and the lore "&8Take me to the Badlion Crates to get an award!" and I would also like it to have an enchantment glint but with no visible enchantment.

Ideas for commands:
/key <player> <text>
Ideas for permissions:
admin.key
When I'd like it by: Preferably within a week

What I would like is a server with crates, and there is a special crate that only Badlion Client users get. It's the same as a few years ago when you join ArkhamNetwork with a certain client, you would get a free rank.
 
I believe you can only do this directly through Badlion though I may be mistaken. You can purchase the badlion anti-cheat and most likely add something like this to it on there website.
