Are pvpwars seeds and cobblecubes possible to make in skript?

Suggested name: Pvpwars seeds/cobblecubes

Skript ver: 2.4.1

What I want:
If you have played pvpwars skyblock, you know that they have added custom seeds. If you place them down, it places a structure that you need to water, and it takes time to grow. They also addec cobblecubes, which are cubes of bedrock that are hollow and depending on the upgrades, they generate ores/blocks.

Ideas for commands: none

When I'd like it by: I dont really have a time limit
