Allay Post

Skript 2.6.3 (or newer when available if this script isn't possible yet)

What I want:
Allays can be used to send items to other players.

1. Player gives the item they want to an Allay.
2. Player says "deliver to <player>". Example: "Deliver to Steve"
3. The Allay moves away from the sender and then despawns.
4. The Allay respawns near the receiver and drops the item to them.
5. The Allay returns empty-handed to the sender.

If the receiver is offline, the Allay delivers when they are back online.
