What I want:
Lets assume the target is _=blocks, +=where i want the arrow to hit
__________+_______________+________________+
assuming the player is standing in front of the middle +.
When the player lefts clicks a bow, and an arrow in his inventory is called multi.
Remove that arrow and shoot 3 arrows on the 3 +.
No permissions required. Just the arrow.
