No, it isn't. If you want that you'd use teams, but working with them without addons supporting 1.7 properly is kinda hard. You have to either update your server to at least the 1.8.8 or learn Java to do it.
It isn't like I want to be rude or something, but the fact that you're using a 5 version behind released 4 years ago (3 years if we're talking about 1.7.10, still, not a lot of difference) leaves us without a lot without many ways to do it.
