PRESET DATABASE FOR SMALLTALK

Don't want to enter nasty questions and answers? From now on I'll be adding preset questions and answers to the database. Just set "use-preset-database" to true and off you go!

Also, UCB can now change the weather if you ask it!
Example: "Lisa, change the weather!"
Output: "Lisa | Changed the weather to the better."

Soon you can add commands instead of answers, too!
This will make UCB very much more helpful!
