    on damage: if attacker's tool is a sword: if lore of attacker's tool contains "&7Blind I": apply potion of blindness of tier 1 to victim for 5 seconds apply potion of slowness of tier 1 to victim for 5 seconds Not Tested it but i believe it should work.
