Amazing! Did you try rotation yet? I tried once last year but it failed. If you need it, send me a message, we could figure it out together.

The idea is good and I did not get any errors, however, the blocks which i selected with //pos1 and //pos2 are not replaced in my case. For example, in chat it says: "10 blocks have been changed in 0.02 seconds" but nothing happens.
Commands i tried: //replace stone cobblestone and //set stone

Minecraft Version 1.16.5
Skript Version: 2.5.3
SkQuery Version: 4.1.4

I hope you have a solution for me.
