Improved Authentication Etc.

Added 6 new settings:
  • ( /lbs loginkicktimer <seconds> ) to strict players to login in a timespan.
  • ( /lbs refusejoin ) to disallow joining to the server.
  • ( /lbs loginplaysound ) to weather or not to play a sound on login.
  • ( /lbs playsoundonlogin <volume> <sound> ) to play a sound on login.
  • ( /lbs authwaitime <seconds> ) to set how much time it will take to log off the player.
  • ( /lbs defaultgamemode <gamemode id> ) to set player's gamemode on join.
Tidied up some messy code.
Improved some settings.
