- added mk_core.sk:
- new command "/mk [reload/info]" (meinkraft master command)
- moved all config options to mk_core.sk
- added list of permissions and what they do the file
- fixed permissions of the "/world" command
- added 4 config options for the "/speed" command:
- "min fly speed"
- "max fly speed"
- "min walk speed"
- "max walk speed"
- improved syntax behaviour of the "/speed" command
