1. Fixed null values when sorting for values. I added in an Offline Player cacher so you can add fake players to the top kills leaderboard for testing purposes. You can see cached online players by using the command /cachedofflineplayers.
2. Added an admin command for changing kill and death values for players. You can also use this command to create fake players by specifying an offline player who has never joined the server.
3. Changed the format of the chat output of /topkillers command a little bit. It doesn't make that big of a difference.
