MAINTENANCE MODE
Commands:
/maintenance - opens a gui to enable or disable maintenance mode!

How to install:
- Download the skript
- Locate your skripts folder (plugins/Skript/scripts)
- Put the file in that folder
- Restart your server, or do /skript reload MaintenanceMode
