The resource is good, but it's obvious there's some issues
1. Output message order is wrong when reloading
2. You reloaded the script with console commands instead of the built-in effects for it
3. skript-mirror isn't a dependency
4. You're creating an useless dependency by using YAML instead of Skript's variable system.
