NOTE: This function comes pre-disabled. You must have Skript-Reflect installed before uncommenting the function or error will occur.
Permissions:
boxpvp.user.color - Allows Color Chat and using Color Codes/HexCodes in messages. People without this perm will have gray messages.
boxpvp.staff.clearchat - Allows the user to run /clearchat
boxpvp.staff.mutechat - Allows the user to mute chat using /mutechat
boxpvp.staff.mutechat.bypass - Allows the user to talk while chat is muted.
boxpvp.staff.chat - Allows the user to see staff chat and send staff chat with /sc
