I was trying to make a factions skript, but when I loaded it it returned no errors but the command didn't work, minecraft didn't recognize that command at all. Here is my code

Code:
command /factions <text> [<text>]:
    trigger:
        if arg-1 is "help":
            send "help message here"
        else if arg-1 is "create":
            if arg-2 is set:
                send "&aSuccesfully created the faction&e %arg-2%"

The odd thing is that if i remove the line 'if arg-2 is set:', then the skript works perfectly

Code:
command /factions <text> [<text>]:
    trigger:
        if arg-1 is "help":
            send "help message here"
        else if arg-1 is "create":
            send "&aSuccesfully created the faction&e %arg-2%"
