how to make events for shift + F?

Hey! i need help. i want to create a "manual", but i have a problem.
i want to cancel those events and trigger a specific event when i press Shift and F at the same time.

for example...

on sneak toggle:
    on swap hand items:
        cancel event
        send "some message"

#or

on sneak toggle:
    if player's event-swap hand items:
        send "some messagge"
    else:
        cancel event

is there any way to make this possible?

Just check if the player is sneaking when they click F.

on swap hand items:
    if player is sneaking:
        # do something
