need help with making it trigger for only 1 region

im trying to make it so when a player enters the region "netherportal" it teleports them to a location, here is what i have tried and it allways either says, cant understand, or that it cant compare a region with it

on region enter:
if region is netherportal:
teleport player to location at 116, 135, -69 in world "ul_skymine"

EDIT: ive done the tabs correctly but it just doesnt show here

    if event-region contains "netherportal":
        #do stuff

didnt work, it doesnt show an error but when i enter the region nothing happens, it might just be me

if "%event-region%" contains "netherportal":
