skript version: 2.5.3
server version: paper-323(MC: 1.16.4)

on damage:
damage is caused by lightning
block at victim is water
# (in that water source)
damage all entities by 2


It's not very long but I want it do detect and basically conduct lightning through water and damage any mobs in that was pond/lake when it or an entity in there is struck, and to prevent mass destruction in oceans make it a radius if I can...
Right now if any entities struck while in water it damages all entities anywhere by 2

This Might be impossible, if so I don't really need it on my server and don't bother helping me if you don't think I can get it to work
