On Break Handles Block Coords different than Loops do

Yea this might be a bug or a feature or something but idk how to fix it I have been messing around with this stuff for the past hour im trying to make a machine but it aint gonna work ima send my code in a haste bin here https://hastebin.com/coziciwefo.coffeescript thats the whole file soo if someone wants to help that would be great but most people wont even understand the title soo YEA
 
Can you post the particular code that's giving you the issue and a more in depth explanation of what you mean. As far as I know they both handle block coordinates in the same way so maybe give an example of the difference.

So when i try to get the location of the block above the block in the loop with that it returns x: number y: number z: number and on the on break it does world and the position
