What other methods have you tried to fix it? I have gotten rid of some of my useless addons and got rid of skripts I put in before it started acting like this.

reload is unsupported by most of the plugins, even Paper warns you before executing the reload command
it's not a skript bug

Im a little confused by this. Bensku's fork has never had a "V8" ...
Im not sure which version you are using, but you should update to Skript 2.4.1 or Skript 2.5-alpha3

No it doesn't, it says Skript 2.4.1-MH
