If I'm not mistaken, the version of skript 2.3.6 is only for 1.13.x.Why is that happening

Running paperspigot 1.12.2
Anyone?
Tried deleting like 100 times the skript plugin + Folder.
On normal 1.12.2 spigot it seems to work.
Also,
When I have protocollib the skript plugin won't work,

Update to 1.13.2 or maybe use another Hoster/paper version or make it run on a localhost server and drag and drop the files
