I think that is not possible... the mi ecraft chat cannot read the skull(idk)

But it should be possible to send the pixels to the player. I know many plugins but I need to make it with skript.

Who knows ... use a java decompiler and try to decrypt the plugins to skript.

i have seen it before, he wants to use the block Unicode to replicate it. Just use the java plugin.
